The performance requirements for exterior application coatings are far more stringent than those for coatings in other industries. For exterior applications, we offer weather-resistant pearlescent pigments that can meet the high demands of the modern exterior coating industry. The additional outer coating on the pigments ensures even more excellent weather resistance for outdoor products.
Our weather-resistant grade products can meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6270-2 for moisture resistance and SAE J2527 for aging tests.
In response to the requirements of sunlight resistance and moisture resistance for outdoor coating applications, we advocate for a narrower and smaller particle size distribution as well as stricter color difference control. This enables us to provide targeted weather-resistant treatment methods for the development of different application fields of outdoor products.
